THE GINGA GUIDE (TERMS OF SERVICE)

1. WHO WE ARE & ACCESS

This shop is run by Ginga. We’re glad you’re here.

3. THE CONTRACT

A official "Ginga Contract" is only formed once your payment clears and you get a dispatch confirmation email from us. We’re human, so if there’s a massive pricing error or a stock mishap, we reserve the right to cancel an order and fix it.

4. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (THE "CHANGE OF HEART" CLAUSE)

Ginga is about confidence, but we know sometimes a piece just isn't "the one." In line with UK Distance Selling regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel:

  • The 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the moment your jewellery arrives to tell us at hello@ginga.london that you’d like to return it.

  • The Process: For the "how-to" on shipping things back to BetaLondon, head over to our [Returns Policy Window].

  • Product Refunds: For standard returns, we refund the cost of the jewellery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).

  • That Upgraded Shipping Life: If you opted for express or upgraded shipping to get your Ginga fix faster, please note that we only refund the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option. The extra "speedy" fee stays with the courier!

  • Hygiene Note: To keep everyone safe, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

5. FAULTY GOODS & QUALITY

We build our pieces to move with you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your jewellery must be high quality and exactly as described.

  • The 30-Day Rule: If something arrives faulty or breaks within the first 30 days, you’re entitled to a full refund.

  • After 30 Days: We’ll look to repair or replace your piece first to get you back in motion.

6. DELIVERY

We want that Brazilian energy at your door ASAP. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, you’re entitled to a full refund.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Ginga name, our designs, our photos, and our vibe are ours. We’ve worked hard to create this world, so please don't copy or exploit our brand for your own commercial use. 

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
