we want you to feel magnetic in every piece you wear. if your new jewellery doesn’t give you that "lighting up the room" feeling, we’re here to help you find the one that does! 

How to Start Your Return

to begin, visit our returns portal and follow the steps to submit your request. you will need your order number and the reason for your return. once submitted, we will take care of everything and guide you through what happens next. we aim to respond within 2 to 4 working days.

The Ginga Guide to Returns

  • the window: you have 30 days from the day your package arrives to let us know you’d like a return.

  • the condition: our pieces are made to move, but returns must be unworn and in their original ginga packaging. we reserve the right to refuse a return if items show signs of wear or perfume scents.

  • no exchanges: to keep things fast and simple, we don’t offer direct replacements if you’ve changed your mind. if you want a different style, just return your original item for a refund and place a fresh order for your new favourite! <3

Shipping it Back

we want your return to be as effortless as your style.

  • the cost: return shipping is covered by you. we’re happy to take the hassle out of it by providing a pre-paid return label upon request.

  • how it works: if you use our label, the shipping cost will simply be deducted from your final refund. no post office queues or extra payments needed.

Shipping & Refunds

  • product refunds: for standard returns, we refund the cost of the jewellery itself. original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • faulty items: if your piece arrives with a flaw, we’ve got you. we will inspect your item and, once confirmed, send out a replacement piece as soon as possible. return costs will be covered where applicable.

  • upgraded shipping: if you chose express delivery, please note we only refund the cost of our cheapest standard shipping option for faulty items. the extra speedy fee stays with the courier!

Missing Parcels?

if your tracking says "delivered" but your hands are empty:

  1. contact the courier: Give the delivery team a shout first because they might have tucked it away in a safe spot.

  2. send us proof: If it’s still missing, email us with your proof of communication with the courier.

  3. the ginga fix: while our legal liability ends once an item is marked as delivered, we want you to have your sparkle. if an item is confirmed lost, our policy is to send an immediate replacement.

Processing Time

once your return reaches our london home, give us 5 to 7 working days to check it over.

the actual refund processing time can take between 10 to 14 days. some banks may take a little longer to show the funds in your account, so please contact your bank directly if it takes longer to process. you’ll get an email from us the moment the refund is triggered on our end.
