because our pieces are produced in brasil, we follow a unique journey to get them to you:

from brasil: our collections travel from our production partners in brasil to our warehouse home in london.

to our uk hub: we quality check every single piece in the uk to ensure it meets our "lighting up the room" standard.

to your door: once you place an order, we ship directly from our london base to your home.
Shipping Destinations
as a growing small business, we currently only offer shipping within the united kingdom.
we know our global community is waiting for their glow, and we hope to expand to international shipping as we grow. stay tuned to our socials for updates!
Dispatch Times
we aim to process and ship all orders within 2 to 3 working days. during collection launches or busy seasons, things might take a little longer, but we will always keep you in the loop. you will receive a tracking number via email the moment your order is on its way.
UK Shipping Options
we use trusted couriers to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.

standard Delivery: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.

express Delivery: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.
please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the couriers and do not include our internal processing time.
Tracking Your Order
once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. please allow up to 24 hours for the courier’s system to update with the latest location of your parcel.
Delivery Address Details
please double check your shipping address at checkout. because we are a small team and we process orders quickly, we cannot always guarantee that we can change an address once the order is placed. ginga is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
if your tracking says "delivered" but your hands are empty, please follow these steps:

contact the courier: they are the best point of contact for local delivery issues once the parcel has left us.

check with Neighbours: often, couriers leave packages in a safe spot or with someone nearby.

The Ginga Fix: While our legal liability reduces once a parcel is marked as delivered, we want you to be happy. If your parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the delivery service, our policy is to send an immediate replacement. Simply email hello@ginga.london with your order number and your correspondence with the courier.
