each ginga piece begins with a raw brass base metal, carefully selected for its strength and longevity. from there, every piece is bathed in a thick layer of 18kt gold or silver plating, creating a refined and luminous finish.

once plated, each piece is finished with a protective varnish layer designed to help preserve its colour and improve durability through everyday wear. we then apply a hypoallergenic varnish to provide an additional layer of comfort and to support sensitive skin.

this considered combination of base metal, precious metal plating, and protective finishing allows us to balance beauty, wearability, and longevity while maintaining a mindful approach to production.

each piece comes with a protective pouch and soft polishing cloth, designed to help preserve its finish and ensure long lasting wear.

to maintain the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend gently cleaning each piece after every wear using the provided cloth. avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals, and remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.

store each piece separately in its pouch in a dry place to avoid scratching and tangling. avoid abrasive materials or harsh cleaning products.
