What is covered by warranty

we are committed to creating high quality, handcrafted jewellery designed to last. every ginga piece is made with care and attention to detail, which is why we offer a 3 year warranty from the date your piece is safely in your hands!

this covers manufacturing faults and issues arising from workmanship, including:

• structural or manufacturing defects
• faults in clasps, settings, or closures under normal use
• plating faults or excessive fading that occur within the warranty period under normal wear
• issues present at the time of delivery that affect the integrity or finish of the piece

if an issue is confirmed under warranty, we will offer a repair or replacement where appropriate.

What is not covered

our warranty does not cover:

• lost items or stolen pieces
• damage caused by accidents, impact, or misuse
• damage caused by improper care, including exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or excessive force
• normal surface wear over time after the warranty period has ended
• any modifications or repairs carried out by third parties outside of ginga

jewellery is designed to be worn, and over time it will naturally reflect that use. we encourage mindful care to help preserve the beauty of each piece for as long as possible.

How to make a warranty claim

if you need to make a warranty claim, we are here to help guide you through the process.

if you have your original ginga receipt, or proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or bank statement, please contact our customer care team and we will assist you through the process.

if you do not have a gift receipt, we recommend contacting the original purchaser to request proof of purchase. if this is not possible, please still reach out to us and we will do our best to assist where we can.

if there is no proof of purchase available, you may still access our repair service for a small fee, which may also reset your warranty depending on the nature of the repair and the piece.

Re plating after warranty

after the 3 year warranty period, we offer a dedicated replating service for ginga pieces. this service is designed to restore the original finish of your jewellery and extend its life, supporting a more mindful and circular approach to ownership.
